In moments of anxiety and panic, it's important to remember that you are not alone. Let’s come together in prayer, trusting in God's peace and comfort.

A Prayer for Peace in Times of Panic, please pray with us.

Heavenly Father,

We come to You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We lift up our dear friend who is experiencing panic attacks and overwhelming anxiety. Lord, You know their heart and the struggles they are facing. We ask for Your calming presence to surround them right now.

Philippians 4:6-7: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lord, help them to bring their worries before You. Give them the courage to speak openly about their feelings and to seek the help they need. Fill their heart with gratitude, even in the midst of their struggles, so they may experience Your peace.

Isaiah 41:10: "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

We claim Your promise, Lord, that You are always with us. Strengthen our friend in this difficult time. May they feel Your presence beside them, bringing comfort and reassurance. Help them to know that they are held in Your loving hands.

Matthew 11:28-30: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Lord, we ask that they come to You with their burdens and find true rest in Your embrace. Surround them with supportive friends and family who can help them through this time, and guide them toward the resources they need for healing.

In Jesus' name, we pray for peace, strength, and guidance. Amen.

Remember that you can reach out for help, and it's okay to talk about what you're feeling. God is with you, and so are we.
